Heat Molding Instructions (Important – Read Before Use)
For best results, follow these steps carefully:
Trim First: Remove your stock insole. Lay it over the KingFoam Elite Quantum Heelâ„¢ and trace the outline. Trim to fit your shoe before heating.
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
Heat Insoles: Place insoles flat on a baking sheet. Heat for 12 minutes.
Cool Briefly: Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 1 minute. If the insole feels too hot, allow it to cool slightly longer.
Mold to Your Foot: Place the insoles into your shoes while wearing socks. Stand and walk naturally until the insoles fully cool down.
Important:
Do NOT fold or bend the insole while hot. This can permanently damage the structure.
If too hot to handle, allow additional cooling time before placing into shoes.
